Sure, leading a team comes with dishing out loads and loads of feedback. But when it comes to receiving feedback, the energy drops.
Only 40% of employees have had the chance to formally give feedback to their manager.
Just 25% have formally rated their manager.
Bottom line? Don’t just be a feedback dispenser. Set up structures to consistently get feedback from your team too.
It matters waaaay more than you think.
